Temporary/Contract Staff

We apply the same high service levels to temporary and contract positions, using regional payroll companies to ensure compliance with local employment legislation.

We are open about our fees, working with clients and candidates to make sure everyone is happy with the outcome of our contract negotiations. To avoid conflict between temporary and permanent staff, we payroll temporary staff on the same salary as they would receive as a permanent employee.

We also run a candidate care programme for people on temporary contracts, keeping them up to date with issues that may affect them while they're working through us.
