Our Client is looking to hire a “Customer Support Consultant” to support its rapidly growing international customer base. In this position you will be the first point of contact for their customers providing advice, assistance and solutions via the telephone and email.
You will be joining a team who are the their customer’s business partners, with an invested interest in their everyday needs.

You have a passion for helping customers and solving problems. Working with customers and building and maintaining strong relationships is something you value very much.
Communicating with people on different educational levels and in different languages is something you feel very comfortable with.
You must be customer oriented and you will need to speak Czech , Polish and English at a native / fluent level. If you speak another language as well that would be a huge advantage.
You will need to demonstrate high quality inter-personal skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mind-set and an excellent phone manner with the ability to establish rapport.
You will be working in a fast paced business environment, therefore you should have the ability, willingness and motivation to learn new industry changes, be adaptive to changes and be able to follow processes.
