Recruitment Consultants: We are looking to find a team member who will be responsible for developing new business and then successfully managing recruitment accounts. This is a key role within the recruitment team and we require someone with a passion to succeed and who is able to meet and overcome challenging client requirements. This is a sales led position.

This role needs commitment, innovation and a strong hard working professional ethic. As part of a growing team your primary focus will be in the development of new clients and bringing new accounts into Resourcing People. Your involvement in these accounts will then continue and you will be supported in the delivery to these customers through a dedicated resourcing team.

You will need to be comfortable developing business in diverse European areas. Our primary focus is the Dutch market, but we are open to business development in the UK and Ireland. We have a target client base so you will not need to develop business from scratch, but will have a portfolio of client information to work from.

You will be involved in all aspects of client development. We are open to new ideas and ideally require some-one who is looking to grow and develop along with our business. We encourage ambition and innovative thinking.

Candidate and Communications Administrator: We are looking to find a team member who will be responsible for two key functions; Firstly the management of candidate administration and information. Secondly, the development, presentation and marketing of Resourcing People’s portfolio of communication media. This is a key role within the recruitment team and we require someone with a passion to succeed and who is able to meet and overcome challenging requirements.

This role needs commitment, innovation and a strong hard working professional ethic. Candidate sourcing is arguably the most important part of the recruitment process, as without good candidates we have no way of fulfilling our clients needs. So it is essential that a high standard is maintained as well as a steady flow of candidates. This will allow us to maintain our core SLA’s as a service provider. This role will involve managing the candidate database. Entering new applicants and contacting existing candidates to ensure their details are upto date.

When speaking with candidates the gathering of market information to identify potential new clients is also essential to allow future growth. The Resourcer is the fist point of contact to our market. You will be speaking to candidates who are within our market and they are a valuable source of market information. If a candidate is leaving then is there an opportunity of a new role within the company they are exiting? Part of this role is to identify and then qualify possible new client leads.

We are looking to expand our use of communication media. So this role will be looking at various tools to help expand our presence in our target markets. Using tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social networking media tools.
